This won't cost you anything more, and may be less, than what you are paying now for electricity but
could really save you a lot of money in the long run.  My power bill will be reduced by $60 per month once
the panels are installed.  At present I am paying $220.00 per month to Three Notch EMC.

Citizenre is a Solar Power System provider that has a brilliant concept.  Here is how it works.

Citizenre will lease you a Solar System for about the same price you are paying the power company for
your electricity.  This allows you to generate your own electrical power for your whole house.  Look at
these benefits:

No System purchase

No installation cost to you.

No maintenance fees.

No permit hassles.

No Performance worries.

No Rate Increases.

Help reduce our dependence on foreign oil.

Help clean up the air we breath.

There is a waiting list of about 30000 people now so if you think you may be interested, then I encourage
you to sign a Forward Rental Agreement (FRA) today.  This will lock you in at today's rate and give you a
position in the list to receive your System.  Those who sign the FRA's will receive their units in the order
of first come first serve.

Signing the FRA will indicate you are serious.  It does not bind you to a contract or lease.  When it is your
time to receive the units, a System Designer will call you to verify your interest.  At that time you can
choose to continue with the installation or you can choose to decline the offer.  If you choose to continue,
the Designer will come to your home, design the system per your needs, review the plan and if you
agree, a deposit will be required.  The deposit will be from $500 to $1000 depending on the number of
panels required.  An Installation Team will arrive and install the units the following day.

At the end of the month you will pay a set amount to Citizenre based upon the electrical provider's rate on
the day you sign the FRA.  The Power Company will probably charge you around $4/mo. for the Reverse
Meter they will install, replacing the standard meter.

Points to consider:

1.  The deposit will be invested and at the end of your term (lease) you will receive your deposit back
WITH INTEREST.

2.  The Solar System does not use expensive backup batteries but ties into the present electric grid.
Your PV (Photo Voltaic) solar panels are sized to produce more power that you need therefore, the
excess power is feed into the existing grid which Georgia Power, or whoever is your electrical provider,
is required by law to purchase the excess power.  At the end of the month or year you settle up with the
provider.  This should be a net 0.

3.  There are three leases available.  1 year, 5 year and 25 year terms.

4.  The 25 year terms come with a free move.  Should you need to replace your roof, the company will
remove the system allowing you time to replace your roofing and then replace the system back on your
roof.  If you should sell your house, you can have the system taken off your existing house and put on
your new house.  You may choose to sell your house with the units which will increase your home's
value.  The lease is transferable to the new owner.

5.  If you refer someone to Citizenre, you will get 5% of his electric bill applied to yours, reducing your
rental rate.  You can refer as many people as you wish. (20 homes using about the same power as
yours will result in your power free.)

6.  You can break your lease at any time but you will not receive your deposit back should you choose to
do so.  There will be no other loss other than the deposit.

Example:

I am, at present, paying $220 each month for Three Notch electricity.  I signed the FRA which locked me
in at $08.2 per KWh.  Three Notch is schedule to increase their rate.  I will pay Citizenre 8.2 cents per
KWh for 25 years.  Over that time, based on Three Notch rate increases (2.1% annually), I will have
saved $17,800 on power via Citizenre Solar System.  At the end of the term I will receive my deposit back
with the interest it has compounded for the 25 years.  Note: Until the panels are on my house, I will be
using Three Notch and paying their rate for electricity.
